Ivey Homes Hampton II Plan: Modern Living for Our Favorite Modern Family, Claire and Phil Dunphy 

With their zany personal dynamics and comedic everyday lives, The Dunphy Family truly needs a home as contemporary and versatile as the Hampton II. Phil would love the secluded owner suite spanning the entire back half of the second floor, perfect for trying to woo Claire out of earshot of the kids' rooms and away from her endless to-do lists. There's also a bedroom for each of the three children, so even once they're gone to college, they can still keep their childhood room. 

There's an option to add a fifth bedroom OR optional sitting room with 4th bathroom, which would be perfect as the family grows, giving Hailey and Dillon a place to stay while they save money for a place for their own growing family. With separate closets in the owner suite, Claire could fully load both up with customizations from her and her dad's closet business, and Phil could use his own dedicated closet to store all the tools of the magician's trade. The signature Dunphy life of domestic adventure is sure to flourish in this something-for-everyone Hampton II floor plan.

Ivey Homes Galloway Plan: Fit for Royalty Kings of Queens Couple, Carrie and Doug Heffernan

We love that Carrie Heffernan is a boss at work and home. She also helps take care of her aging dad: #relatable for those of us in currently in the sandwich generation. We think Carrie and Doug deserve the dedicated space the ground floor of the Galloway plan offers, while her Dad can treat the upstairs like his own personal in-law suite. Doug would probably try to keep Arthur from ever stepping foot downstairs, but honestly Carrie wouldn't have to hear Arthur yelling constantly so we think she might be okay with this, especially knowing he has his own private full bathroom in addition to the expansive private bedroom. 

Carrie would love all the extra energy bill savings that come with every Ivey built home. That would mean more money for her Saks trips (or installing a brick pizza oven on the back patio if Doug gets his way).

Ivey Homes Bradford Plan: Perfect for Fashionista Heidi Klum from Project Runway

Heidi needs the Bradford plan. Our favorite stunning reality TV starlet can host her show mates whenever she wants thanks to the open floor plan downstairs. When they need to blend work and play to get the job done, they can work overtime in her flex room right off the kitchen, which would make a great sewing and alterations space. 

When Heidi is ready to get away from all the stress of the show (and crew), the entire second floor becomes her own private haven. She can take a luxurious soak in the garden tub, which sits under a gorgeous huge window with private view onto her backyard. And of course closet space is a big deal for this haute couture homeowner: she gets a huge walk-in closet in her owner suite and three more bedrooms upstairs that could all be converted into a separate shoe room 👠, purse/bag room 👝, and accessories room 💁‍♀️💅. Tim would be so proud of how easy it is to make it work with the Bradford plan.
