Fall at Ivey Homes: Celebrating Our Community, Our People, and Your Next Home
October is here, and there's a lot happening at Ivey Homes. From a major milestone for our own Mark Ivey to ways you can give back this month, here's everything you need to know this fall.
Congratulations, Mark Ivey: New President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia
Mark Ivey was installed as the new president of the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) during the annual Fall Meeting at the Reynolds Ritz-Carlton. Mark will lead the statewide organization with a focus on housing affordability, strengthening local home builders associations, and expanding advocacy efforts on behalf of Georgia's residential construction industry.
Mark has given years of dedication to this industry and to the people in it, and watching him step into this role is a genuinely exciting moment for everyone who works alongside him. We are so incredibly proud of you, Mark. This honor is well-earned, and we can't wait to see everything you'll accomplish. Here's to an incredible year ahead!
Buy Ivey, Build Community: Q2 Giving Update
For Ivey Homes, the sentiment of giving back runs deep through our company culture. As a local builder-developer and supporter of the Augusta River Region, Ivey looked for a creative way to give back to the community. The Buy Ivey, Build Community campaign was born as a way to involve our homeowners in the giving.
In Q2, our Buy Ivey, Build Community total was $19,950.

Spooky to Be Hungry: Help Us Fight Hunger This October
This October, Ivey Homes is proud to support and participate in Golden Harvest Food Banks' Spooky to Be Hungry campaign, running October 1st through 31st. It's our opportunity to help children and families in our direct community who are facing food scarcity. In our area, 1 in 4 children and 1 in 8 adults are facing hunger. Through our donations, we can help Golden Harvest in their mission to end hunger and support our community.
Our goal: $5,000 raised (all community donations contribute toward our overall Ivey goal)
How to donate:
- Give online: Donate through our team link: https://virtualdrive.goldenharvest.org/team/850944 - Every $2 donated can provide 5 meals!
- Donate non-perishable items: Donation boxes are located in the main office on the first floor near the entrance, and at the Windsor, Tillery Park, and Forrest Bluff model homes.
The prize: Whichever community raises the most donations (non-perishables + monetary) will receive a Food Truck Friday provided by Ivey!
Team Ivey Shows Up for PaceDay 2026
Team Ivey showed up for PaceDay 2026! Our team came together to walk, run, and ride in support of groundbreaking cancer research at the Georgia Cancer Center. Some of us took on the 5K, and one of our own gave their time as a Paceline volunteer this year, helping make the day happen for everyone out there.
At Ivey Homes, we believe in being a good neighbor beyond the work we do building homes. Showing up for our community, and for the families touched by cancer, is something we're proud to do together.
Thank you to Paceline and the Georgia Cancer Center for the work you do. Together, we set the pace to end cancer.
