If you experience an after-hours plumbing, HVAC, or electrical emergency during your first year, call our Emergency Hotline at 706-868-9363 & leave your name, address, phone number & a detailed message. A team member will assist you between 7am-9pm. You can also contact your home's Trade Partners directly using the info in your Homeowner Binder, just be sure to let the Ivey Warranty Team know so we can log the concern.
