The home is really good quality. The house is surrounded by plants, and the water from the gutters goes into the ground to prevent water puddles in the grass. A lot of little details that you don't initially think about but matter down the line went into building our house! We're extremely happy with [Sales Agent], the home itself! We found a house we can call a home!

I found my home because a local friend recommended Ivey, and after exploring their website and found the neighborhoods they are developing. I have not been disappointed. The quality of construction is clearly evident. I also truly appreciated the professional and attentive service we received from our sales agent and the team member who led our orientation tour. Their knowledge and friendliness made the experience even better!

Our Sales Consultant has been awesome from Day 1, answering any Questions or Concerns we have had! (Even though we live out of State)!! The Design Studio was a great experience, being able to pick out almost everything that we wanted inside and out was a plus! Keeping us updated with pictures at each stage of the build was a great idea!!! Also, knowing everyone on your team to be able to communicate any questions or concerns is a plus.

Very happy in our new house, I was very nervous relocating from a 100 year old house in Upstate NY to a one level brand new house in the Augusta, Ga area. More storage than I expected, layout easy to navigate and live/entertain in. House well built, energy efficient and information gained on the HOOT was excellent. Walking around neighborhood is fun because even though all houses IVEY built they are all different and easy to tell my house from the neighbors.

This is my third Ivey Home in 8 years. I wouldn’t purchase from another builder. The initial lack of internet was very frustrating, but I will always recommend Ivey. The quality of the home, the care shown by the team, and the overall experience are second to none.

The closing process was well organized and very smooth. I am totally impressed with this builder! They are well organized and build a good quality home for the money! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a new home!
