It's officially that time of the year - time to hang the stockings, wrap the presents, and string the lights. Whether this is the first year celebrating in your Ivey home or your tenth, we want to see how you enjoy the holidays at home! Beginning Monday, November 27th through December 31st, Ivey Homes will be running a social media video contest and we're asking you to show off your holiday spirit. Create and post a video on either Instagram or Facebook showcasing how you're enjoying the holiday season in your Ivey home for a chance to win one of three $200 grand prizes! Grand prizes will be given for "Most Liked" video, "Most Creative" video, and "Most Festive" video. Just for participating, all entrants will receive a special thank you gift that can be picked up at the first Design Studio Preview Night of 2024. This contest is open to all Ivey Homes Homeowners, including those under contract - that's right, even if you have yet to move in, get creative and show us how you plan to celebrate in your future Ivey Home. Rules are as follows:

• Must be a current Ivey homeowner or under contract
• Participants must be 18 years or older
• One video entry per homeowner/household
• You must give Ivey Homes permission to share your video to our Facebook and/or Instagram
• Must be following Ivey Homes on Facebook and/or Instagram
• Must tag Ivey Homes on Facebook and/or Instagram and use the hashtag #MyIveyHolidayHome
• Must complete google doc to finish entry
