Rachel Spaugh joins award-winning Ivey Homes Sales & Marketing team to continue building on Ivey's 20-year legacy of building a better home in the Augusta River Region.

Rachel Spaugh has called the Augusta River Region home since 2016. Augusta is where her marketing career first began as a small business owner planning weddings and events. With a background in education, sales, nonprofit management, and training staff, she quickly translated her multi-talented skill set to a career in Augusta's dynamic healthcare space.

Rachel has served the Augusta community in various roles before joining Ivey Homes. First, she was a Learning Coordinator on the AUHealth (now Wellstar MCG Health) Cerner team, training physicians on EHR technology. From there, Rachel joined N2 Company's Augusta flagship Medical Professionals Magazine, supporting the publisher in sales, marketing, and event planning. Rachel cut her teeth on project management at Ocozzio, a nationwide marketing firm based in Augusta, GA. 

During the pandemic, Rachel sought to use her healthcare marketing skills in a new entrepreneurial pursuit to support local healthcare business owners striving to keep their doors open and patients healthy.

In the two years that followed the Covid-19 pandemic's onset, Rachel continued to lend her marketing, branding, and strategic prowess to leading organizations in the healthcare space, MedSchoolCoach- a medical school admissions consulting company- and UFHealth Jacksonville. From these endeavors, she brings not only a winning marketing playbook, but hard-earned wisdom about customer experience, internal communication, and creating organization-wide training programs that will positively impact Ivey Home's future growth. 

She is most looking forward to the opportunity to bring innovative, proven strategies from the healthcare marketing space to the homebuying industry, further enhancing Ivey's position as the premier home builder in the Central Savannah River Area. She carries her eye for brand-building opportunities, strategic ways to improve the customer experience, and proven success in marketing campaign planning to Ivey's award-winning Sales & Marketing team. 

She looks forward to continuing Ivey's 20 year legacy and learning more about Augusta's future homebuyers from Caroline Ashe, Director of Sales & Marketing, as well as the talented team of Dedicated Ivey Community Sales Associates.  She also hears Ivey puts on a pretty great fish fry every year and can't wait to verify that rumor.

When Rachel is not at work, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with Taylor Swift playing in her earbuds and a notebook nearby for jotting down ideas.
