Ivey Homes Fairport II Plan: Gilmore Girls' Mother and Daughter Duo Lorelai and Rory Are Living Their Best Life

Their humor, mother-daughter bond, resilience, and friendship would be right at home in the comfort of the Fairport II plan. A front porch, character and charm, and a big kitchen to hang out: what more could our favorite pair ask for? Lorelai and Rory would have so much to love about the Fairport II as their home. We'd definitely choose the optional fireplace with mantle so they could mount a TV and have all their cozy movie marathons accompanied by a fire and indoor smores-making. Speaking of treats, all the wraparound cabinets and counter space means loads of storage for their snacks and plenty of surface area to lay out their multiple takeout treats buffet-style. 

They can both enjoy spacious bedrooms upstairs, with a couple extra storage and staging rooms to spare for all the community garage sale and picnic auction antics they champion. And Lorelai will never struggle to find something to wear again with the Fairport II's enormous closets, but maybe just maybe the thoughtful placement of the laundry room right next to her owner's suite upstairs would help her cut down on her chronic morning tardiness?

Ivey Homes Parkwood Plan: Athena Grant (9-1-1) + The Parkwood Plan = The Perfect Pair

Just like Athena, the Parkwood is commanding with a sentimental streak. Don't make the mistake of labeling either of them as typically traditional: Athena is a true blend of traditional values and pioneering spirit. Her strength and courage make her a bold presence. She would instantly recognize those same qualities in the Parkwood. Wherever she goes, whatever she does, Athena will find her own unique way to marry the feminine and the fierce to protect and care for others. All of this is why Athena could call nowhere else but the Parkwood plan her home. Ivey Homes Kingsland II Plan: The Kingsland II is fit for a King, and Nick Miller is King of New Girl

First of all, if you weren't rooting for Nick and Jess the entire time, you can go the way of Reagan and stop reading this post now. Because we stan Nick. Almost as much as we do the Kingsland II. This is Nick Miller’s perfect floor plan (Loft, who??). What is not to love? If you hate the Kingsland II's thoughtful touches, ample space, and fun in general, then you're probably as toxic as Coach's masculinity and a few days in a Kingsland sunroom might do you some good. We really think Nick would feel instantly at home here. 

The Kingsland II's sunroom on the first floor is the perfect undisturbed space for him to write the next chapter of The Pepperwood Chronicles. He and Jess would have plenty of space for romance and kids, as well as spare bedrooms for when Schmidt and Winston, along with their wives and kids, inevitably come to visit. The Kingsland II plan provides a peaceful separation between the living and sleeping quarters, which is perfect for this tangled up, boundary-challenged couple that stole our hearts. They can finally get their own space but still have their best (room) mates over to relive old times. Because most importantly, there’s plenty of open space in the downstairs living area to keep their True American tradition alive. One, Two, Three, JFK!
