Personalize Your Home with Our Design Studio
With the help of Ivey Homes' dedicated Design Consultant, buyers will have a fun, stress-free experience selecting the colors and finishes for their new home. From exterior samples such as brick, stone, and shingles down to hardwood, luxury vinyl tile, or ceramic tile flooring underfoot, the Ivey Design Studio offers beautiful and functional displays to help put your personal style together.
The Design Studio showcases four stunning kitchen vignettes boasting popular designs displaying different cabinetry and center island styles. Cabinet finishes from warm, rich stains to crisp whites and grays are also presented and full bathroom displays showcasing tile showers, plumbing, and vanities designs are available to view. Buyers will not have a problem finding their favorite granite countertop or backsplash color and design, the Ivey Design Studio offers rows and rows of stylish colors to choose from. Interior features such as door styles, window trim, mirrors and plumbing fixtures are also on display for buyers to see firsthand. Full-size fireplace mantle options and a selection of full-size interior and exterior door options are also available for homebuyers to select. To help buyers visualize their new home selections the Ivey Design Studio has two interactive displays where all the home’s selections can be put together in one place to help see how the overall look came together.
