In 2012, Ivey Homes built 75
 ENERGY STAR Certified Homes!

Last year alone, this achievement helped to:

  • Save homeowners $30,075 on their utility bills
  • Reduce 348,300 pounds of CO2

This is equivalent to the greenhouse gases:

  • Produced by 33 passenger vehicles
  • Emitted from burning 135,225 lbs of coal
  • Saved by planting and growing 4,050 coniferous trees for 10 years

We’re grateful to be able to help our homebuyers experience the peace of mind, quality, comfort, and value that come with purchasing and ENERGY STAR Certified Home.
