Interested in learning about the Ivey Homes design process? Join us for the first Design Studio Preview Night in over a year, hosted by Ivey Homes and Ivey preferred lender, New American Funding. Ivey’s Design Consultant will be on-site to showcase the design process and answer any questions about personalizing your home, while Ivey’s sales staff and preferred lender will be on-site to discuss funding, the buying/building process and more! This event is open to the public. We hope to see you at the areas largest design studio!

With the help of Ivey Homes’ dedicated Design Consultant, Robin Sullivan, buyers will have a fun, stress-free experience selecting the colors and finishes for their new home. From exterior samples such as brick, stone, and shingles down to the hardwood, luxury vinyl tile or ceramic tile flooring underfoot, the Ivey Design Studio offers beautiful and functional displays to help put your personal style together. To help buyers visualize their new home selections the Ivey Design Studio has two interactive displays where all of the home’s selections can be put together in one place to help see how the overall look came together.
