Shocking Ways Ivey’s Homeowner Referral Program Will Make You a Better Friend

Categories: Design Studio, News | Posted: July 7, 2015

Our online feeds are inundated with discounts, coupons and give-a-ways if we will only share, tag or like the particular product or service. Ivey Homes has developed an easier way to “cash in” for yourself and friends with our homeowner referral program. It’s simple, I promise, just tell someone why you love your Ivey Home, paired with a little documentation!

Ivey’s referral program was designed to reward our satisfied buyers with cash (isn’t that the best reward?) and give your referred friends a sweet reward too…a Design Studio Credit. We also slaved over making it super simple.

There are 2 ways to take advantage of the program;

1. Request a Homeowner Referral Card from an Ivey Community Sales Associate, complete fully and pass along to a family, friend or co-worker who is looking to purchase a new home. If they purchase an Ivey Home and present the card at their initial model home visit you get $500 (when the home closes) for spreading the word and they get $500 Design Studio Credit to make their new home even more beautiful. A classic example of givers-gain, wouldn’t you say?

2. Look for the Ivey Homeowner Referral Program door-hanger delivered to all current Ivey Homeowners on Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th. The rules are still the same, we are just doing the leg work to get this cash-carrying card in your hands quickly so you can start raking in the dough, did I mentioned there is not limit to the amount of referrals you can earn. Can you say, “EXTRA INCOME!”

We love our homeowners and this is just a small way we can say THANK YOU for your business over the years!
